Working at Miracle Ranch and Island Lake
Loving Christ through providing exceptional service to our customers makes our work environments remarkable; add adventure activities, teamwork and relationship building into the mix—what a job! In the process of providing unique experiences to our campers and guests, we too experience adventures, authentic relationships and opportunities for personal growth.
Our staff communicates Christian values through role-modeling, daily Bible studies and fireside talks. Values are shared in a warm, caring atmosphere that reflects Christ's love in action. We choose our staff on the basis of their overall qualifications and training, quality personal references, personal commitment to Christ, genuine love for people, and willingness to serve.
You can become part of our team two ways: as a summer staff member or as a full-time employee.
Summer Staff
Summer staff members form an integral part of each camper’s experience. The campers will remember the time they spent with you for years! Training includes learning practical methods for leading group activities appropriate to the ages, interests and abilities of campers.
