Jagger is a great horse for every ability level. His calmness helps new riders relax, and his skills enable advanced riders to learn.

A newer member of our herd, Jagger was an unexpected gift to Miracle Ranch. In the fall of 2019, the mother of one of our therapeutic riding students reached out to us. She wanted to purchase a new horse that would allow her to advance her riding skills, but that meant she would need to find her current horse, Jagger, a new home. However, she struggled, as many horse owners do, with selling her beloved horse to someone she didn’t know. She reached out to Miracle Ranch to see if we would be interested in taking Jagger. She said that donating him to Miracle Ranch meant he would “stay in the family.”

When our equestrian team went out to meet Jagger, they immediately fell in love. Jagger completed his one-month trial period with flying colors and is now officially part of the Miracle Ranch herd. His steadiness and calm demeanor make him a great trail horse for riders of all ages and abilities. He also has quite a bit of training in English flatwork and as a jumper, which make him a great horse for our advanced students as well.
