The Therapeutic Riding Instructor is responsible for developing and prioritizing short and long-term goals for children and young adults with special needs. They maintain all aspects of the Horse Therapy Program at a professional level, create an environment of participation, and model service to riders and their families. 

A Wrangler provides guests with a safe, fun, and meaningful horsemanship experience through trail rides, mounted instruction, and ground classes. This position will also care for and feed the horses and maintain a clean arena and barn. 

The Guest Group Assistant leads and assists in activities for guest groups, including but not limited to archery, paintball, arts & crafts, and rodeos. They will help with all parts of each activity including setup, leading the activity, clean-up, and minor maintenance.

CRISTA Camps Registrar is essential to the success of each camp. The Registrar is responsible for all camper registration processes, incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, bank deposits, and monthly reports.

The year-round Intern program at Miracle Ranch is designed for high school graduates and college students who are deeply committed to Jesus Christ and interested in ministry. This is a life-changing year during which interns grow spiritually, personally, relationally, and professionally.
